Were Sept 7 minutes posted? (Yes)

Parking, white van tagged on Pineywood Ct. by the city.

Max is going to put another notice on cars on Pineywood Ct. regarding parking on both sides of the street which should be prohibited due to Emergency Vehicles trying to get thru between the cars. Impossible with vehicles parked on both sides of the street entrance.
Discussions on getting petition presented to city for “NO PARKING” on one side of Pineywood entrance. City ordinance is no parking 10 or 20 feet each side of fire hydrants as well as no parking 15 feet on either side of mailboxes.

Discussed changing to one station of mailboxes which are locked and all in one place on Pineywood Ct.  Cost to convert in could easily be in excess of $7000.

Max will contact Mrs. Rose who inadvertently accused what appears to be the incorrect homeowner of blocking mail boxes prohibiting delivery of our mail.

It is also time for compilation of books.

John, the other board member who was treasurer turned in his resignation.

Maria Fox complained of neighbors cutting down trees instead of cutting back branches.

8016 Sunfield. has been sold.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:40pm.

Respectfully submitted by Betty Shaw
