Meeting was
called to order by Max Roe at 7:00pm.
Max Roe opened
the meeting by asking if there were any community concerns to be brought to the
Boards attention. Nothing was brought to the attention of the Board.
Discussion was
held on parking issue at 8025 Sunfield Court. Vehicle constantly being parked
in front of the mailboxes. Larry Edwards will provide Board president with
updated tags and suggested contacting Cooks Towing Service.
Susan Keene gave
the financials and the Board voiced their approval.
Maria Fox had
requested time to relate her property and neighbor issues. Betty Shaws’
daughter, Tammy, did her best to act as interpreter. The issues will be looked
into by Larry Edwards.
Open session adjourned
at 7:42 pm.

meeting is the annual meeting and is scheduled for November 11, 2019 at the
Eastern club house.
