Minutes – March 14, 2016

The meeting was called to order at
6:45 pm at the Harrison by Board President, Max Roe.
Secretary’s report was discussed;
all revisions had been previously made.
Betty Shaw motioned to accept minutes and Sharon Eichmann seconded
motion.
Susan Keene reviewed the
financials. A transfer will be made on Wednesday of $2,200.00 to the money
market for the January and February reserve commitment.
Still have a $6,000+ arrears in
accounts receivable. Net worth as of
February is $22,805.00.
Jane Stevenson motioned to accept
the financials, Betty Shaw seconded the motion.
We have received several estimates
for work on trees throughout the community.
Max and Larry will do a walk around to identify the most urgent work to
be done and establish a priority.
Discussed the coming Country
Village Homeowners Association Newsletter issued by your Board of
Directors. It will address several
items, please read carefully as well as pass on to a tenant if your unit is
tenant occupied.
November 14th, 2016 is
the date of the Annual Meeting. Location
to be determined.
This concluded the general meeting,
Max thanked those homeowners present for their interest and attendance.
